Because our products are premium, heavy-duty, and contain sensitive technical components, we follow strict packaging and shipping protocols to guarantee your setup arrives in perfect condition.

1. Shipping Destinations

Alpha PC exclusively ships to valid physical addresses within Canada. We do not offer international shipping, and we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes due to the size, weight, and value of our shipments.

2. Order Processing & System Build Time

Every gaming PC undergoes rigorous assembly, cable management, and stress-testing (benchmarking) before dispatch to ensure maximum stability.

  • Build & Processing Time: Standard pre-built configurations are processed within 2 to 4 business days. Custom setups or high-tier modifications may take up to 5 business days to fully test and package.

  • You will receive an email notification as soon as your order has been verified and enters the assembly phase.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We partner with premium Canadian courier and freight networks (such as Canada Post, FedEx Canada, or UPS) that specialize in handling fragile, high-value electronics.

  • Shipping Cost: We offer Free Insured Shipping on all gaming PC orders across Canada.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, transit typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your province and location.

4. Mandatory Signature Required

To secure your investment and prevent theft, all Alpha PC deliveries require a mandatory adult signature upon delivery. Couriers are strictly instructed not to leave high-value PC packages unattended on porches, doorsteps, or with unauthorized individuals.

5. Secure Packaging & Shipping Insurance

All our systems are packed using specialized internal foam contours (Instapak) to protect the graphics card (GPU) and internal components from shifting during transit. Additionally, 100% of our shipments are fully insured. ### 6. Damaged or Lost Shipments In the rare event that your package shows signs of severe external damage upon arrival:

  • If possible, note the damage with the courier before signing, or refuse the delivery.

  • Take clear photos of the unopened packaging and contact us immediately at bilalchaudhry6702@gmail.com within 24-48 hours so we can process an insurance claim and arrange a replacement.
